I love real estate. it's true. I love everything about it. The buying, the selling, the renovating, the negotiating...all of it. At the age of 23 I purchased my first home and haven't looked back since. In less than 20 years I have moved into 7 homes and purchased another 5 as investments! It's important to do what you love in order to be happy and feel fulfilled in your work. I've been fortunate too, because I also love music and had the opportunity to work in music industry for almost twenty years. I started out as a DJ, then started my own promotional company, followed by a job at a major record label and finally as a manager for an up and coming artist. I tried juggling both careersat the same time but recently decided to close the book on music in order to make real estate and property investments a full time job. And I am very happy to have done thatas 2013 will go down as a great year for me in real estate.

I live in Richmond Hill and do most of my real estate work here. Richmond Hill has been good to me and my family having lived here for almost 15 years.
